My Little Allergy

My Little Allergy is a Tunbridge Wells based Organisation founded in February 2024 by a local mum of children with food allergies. 

Founder Shona has two children with Egg and Milk allergies, one of them also has a severe Nut allergy. Her and her family have made a seemly lonely journey dodging allergens, attending ongoing allergy tests and participating in food challenges. It wasn't until she started to meet more mums socially did she realize that children with allergies are all around us, yet it can feel like such a lonely and overwhelming place for parents of children with allergies.

Shona wants to take her experiences and turn them into something hopeful and happy, bringing families together in safe, non-judgmental environments where they can discuss their experiences, share tips/advice, and make friends. 

As this organisation is still young, but aspires to hold regular meet ups, where the above can happen. Updates on meet ups will be posted on this website and our Instagram page @MylittleAllergy, so watch this space or pop us an email to add your name to our meet up Waitlist.
