Simple Pancakes

Contains - Gluten & Dairy/Soya (Depending on Milk you use)

Uses: Great as a morning  staple layered with your favourite fruit, or the perfect recipe for Pancake day which can be uses thinly to make Crepes.

Ingredients:

1 Cup - Plain Flour

2 Tsp - Baking Powder

2 Tbsp - Vegetable oil or Olive Oil (could use oil of your choice)

1 Cup - Milk of your choice (I use Soya or Oat)

1 Tsp - Vanilla Extract

1 Tsp - Honey

Pinch of salt

Method:

Step 1:

Sieve dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix together with a whisk.

Step 2:

In a jug pour in your Milk, Oil, Honey and Vanilla Extract, mix together until honey is mostly dissolved.

Step 3:

Pour your liquid mix into your dry ingredients, mix together with your whisk making sure your batter is nice and smooth.

Step 4:

Heat up your pan or pancake maker, brushing with a small amount of oil.

Pour your mixture into the pan - this is free for you to choose your size and thickness. Cook your mix until bubble form on top and you have a matte top and slightly golden underneath.

Turn them over and cook the other side until golden brown, keep going until you've used all your mix.

You can add in other ingredients such as Cinnamon to add a yummy flavor. You're not likely to have left overs, but you can freeze for up to 3 months or store in the fridge in and air tight container for 48 hours.
